As a member of DfT’s Door to Door Strategy Group Living Streets are well placed to support projects aiming to link public transport journeys together with sustainable modes of travel.
As such, Living Streets and Southern Rail run joint walking campaigns, which include online challenges and station events. Living Streets Walk Doctors speak directly to commuters about how walking the first and last mile has a positive impact on their health, congestion and carbon emissions.
National Charity Living Streets has been the voice of the pedestrian for the last 84 years working to create safe, walkable streets across the UK.

CHK Limited trading as FWT handles the production of mapping and publicity information for a range of local authorities, operators and transport organisations.

FWT is part of the Cook Hammond & Kell (CHK) Group, one of the UK’s leading mapping companies, and specialises in the production of publicity for the transport industry.

Cook Hammond & Kell dates back to 1860. At that time it was principally a mapping organisation, and amongst its clients were the Government of the time and the new railway companies.

FWT was originally formed in 1973, and soon established itself as a leading producer of transport maps and transport publicity. FWT became part of Cook Hammond & Kell in 1992.
