Ben Colson has worked in the bus industry for 36 years, initially for the National Bus Company and later Stagecoach, where he became commercial director for Stagecoach Manchester. Since 1996 he has been managing director of rural independent bus operator Norfolk Green.

John Nelson
John Nelson is chairman of rail industry consultants First Class Partnerships. During his 38 years of experience in the industry, Nelson served as Managing Director of British Rail's Network SouthEast. He is now a non executive board director of Hull Trains and also a director of Renaissance Trains, which devised WSMR.
