Martin is a Director and Co-founder of PRD (Partnering Regeneration Development Ltd), which provides strategic development and direct-delivery services for clients in the public, private and social sectors.

Throughout his career, Martin has structured, managed and delivered a variety of complex developments and regeneration projects. Martin supports PRD’s clients to develop the business case for development and regeneration, by working collaboratively to design creative, viable solutions that effectively respond to the needs of public bodies, investors, delivery partners and communities.

In recent years Martin has supported a number of TOC franchise bidders helping to refine their proposals for station investment and development.  He also provides development consultancy support to the HS2 Growth Partnership, a collaboration between London and Continental Railways and HS2 Ltd, which works with local authorities and key stakeholders to bring forward development and regeneration on the back of the significant HS2 infrastructure investment.
