All exhibitors should email the reception with further details of what they are delivering to the venue –  

Please ensure any advance deliveries are not made before 4 December 2018. Also ensure that the conference name is clearly stated along with the date of the conference.

Please be aware that Tom the venue will not take responsibility if any consignments are misplaced. 

Loading Bay

Address: The Kia Oval, Alec Stewart Gate, Kennington, London, SE11 5SS

The loading bay for exhibitors arriving on the day is accessible via the Alec Stewart Gate.

Parking

Parking is available throughout the duration of the conference, although limited. These will be issued on a first come, first serve basis. If you would like to leave your vehicle at the venue, please supply your registration number and details to conferences@landor.co.uk as soon as possible.

Tuesday 4 December – Exhibition Set Up

If you would like to set up in the Jardine Suite on Tuesday rather than the Wednesday morning then you will have time to do so from 16:30 - 19:30

Exhibitor Information

The exhibition format is open plan, table top style. Please note that shell schemes are not supplied for this event.

Exhibitions stand Information:

• A designated area of 2m x 2m, 3mx2m or 3m x 3m (Please refer to your booking or the floor plan for details of exhibition area), supplied with a bar table and branded column OR  6ft trestle table, table cloth and two chairs

• Power Supply (unless you have booked a networking table stand)

• Wi-Fi access (should you require a hardwired connection please let us know)

Audio, Visual and Furniture Suppliers

Should there be a requirement for any AV equipment or furniture, please contact Steven Johnson from Perception:  Steven@perceptionlive.com

• Company

• Telephone number and email (This is essential for confirmation emails) 

• Dietary requirements

4 December - Early set up

Exhibition may be setup the day before the event from 16:30 - 19:30

5 December - Exhibition Setup and take down
